Fragrance Farmacy Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns if logged within 10 days of receipt from courier. You can replace your returned product for same value product, be it similar or not or a gift voucher. We do not offer refunds.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have more than 80% of the product left

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return to log a return.
• Shipping instructions will be sent via email, please follow email instructions for shipping returned products
• Return to Vendor shipping charges to be carried by sender (Credit will be added when product is deemed faulty)
